As a Monogram Brand Ambassador you will be entrusted to provide white glove concierge personalized customer support and offer a prestigious lifestyle experience for our refined clientele. This is a great opportunity for an outgoing and dynamic person who is motivated by providing world class customer service and has a passion for cultivating a luxurious lifestyle and creating memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will be able to integrate their in-depth appliance product knowledge, and attention to detail into a successful client interaction through the entire sales and post sales process.
Major Responsibilities of the Role:
Ability to work out of the Monogram Design Centre located in Toronto and our corporate office in Burlington
Interact daily with consumers, dealers, trade and members of the design committee in person and over the phone/email and live chat
Provide white glove service by recommending tailored solutions to the customer to drive brand loyalty and ensure superior after sale service and support
The candidate will be a subject matter expert on the premium products and able to address installations inquiries
Identify opportunities to enrich consumer experience by providing lifestyle solutions
Administrative support including maintaining the appointment calendar, tracking tool and dealer communications
Address inquiries by designers, trades and consumers related to product selection and specification
Assist with coordinating events, training logistics and preparation of training materials and additional event planning duties
Ability to multitask with strong time management skills while balancing administrative and customer service requests
Prepare and deliver effective and engaging presentations and demonstrations of all brand products to consumers and clients in small to medium sized groups
Host customer, training, and trade events delivering consistent brand messaging
Assist with showroom readiness and presentation to ensure the showroom experience exceeds expectations, minor food preparation, housekeeping, arrangement and staging involved on a daily basis
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Attend training and development opportunities as required
Executing monthly plans and priorities as defined by the Monogram Business Development Manager and Showroom Manager
Collaborate with internal stakeholders
This is an entry level position with potential for growth into a sales role within Canada.
Qualifications:
2-3 year of sales experience within premium luxury brands; high end appliance experience is preferred
Minimum of 5 years customer service in person and over the phone/email
University or College degree/certification or equivalent work experience
Intermediate computer skills and the ability to work with Excel, PowerPoint and Word are required
Outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
Ability to blog and post on social media
Ability to communicate with trade, industry professionals and consumers in a professional and responsive manner
Driven to acquire the resources and required product and design knowledge leading to effective audience interactions and becoming a subject matter expert
Ability to multitask and liaison with effective time management skills is required for success with event planning and administrative tasks
Strong problem solving skills, and the ability to organize and plan work independently are essential to this function
Comfortable working in a culinary environment
Commitment to engaging in ongoing learning
Ability to have a flexible working schedule (able to work week-ends and some evenings)
Fluently Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
