  • The Salary range for this role is up to $65,000 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Lead contact efforts through completed projects and provide feedback
  • Drive the annual planning and developing client budgets to maximize revenue
  • Strategically collaborating with client on project set up
  • Engaging in strategic story telling by presenting project details back to client
  • Communicating performance updates to client and internal operations team

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Experience in Relationship Management with Global Brands
  • 2-4 Years of experience in Client and Retail Services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a wide range of people - internally and externally; Work well in a team setting
  • Confident presenting and marketing new services
  • Comfortable approaching people; Strong client service ethic
  • Ability to explain complex information in simple terms
