Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a clear product management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with senior executives to integrate product management into overall business strategy.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Ensure that products meet and exceed stakeholders expectations, and that they align with market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Foster strong collaboration between product management, engineering, marketing, and other relevant departments.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather input, prioritize features, and address feedback.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product management initiatives.
• Provide regular, data-driven reports to executive leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
• Identify, communicate, and overcome development problems and creative challenges related to complex web and application-based projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Strong background in product management with a track record of successful product launches.
• 8+ years of experience in information technology with cross-functional experience across major IT competencies—application development, infrastructure, mobile, etc.
• Experience developing best practices in project management methodologies and guiding others to successfully execute project management of a full project lifecycle
• Must have an interest in, knowledge of, and enthusiasm for the internet and web-related technologies
• Familiarity with internal agency dynamics is a plus.
