o Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather detailed requirements for projects and initiatives.
o Utilize analytical tools and techniques to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
o Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide meaningful insights.
o Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
o Recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
o Create detailed documentation of business requirements, process workflows, and system specifications.
o Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
o Develop and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
o Identify the specific needs of the business and create user stories.
o Work in align or scrum product team environment.
· Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· 2+ years of experience in an analytical position
· Analytical & problem-solving skills
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make oral presentations.
· Strong critical thinking skills
· Recommended but not requirement: Advance MS Excel, including pivot table creation, advanced formulas, vlookup function; Intermediate to advanced MS Access, including importing large data files, query creation, create macro, read/edit/write VBA in modules.
