Senior Business Operations Analyst (REMOTE)

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our Business Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customer invoicing, as well as analyzing and reconciling billing data from both internal and third-party systems. Additional responsibilities include detailed analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support decision-making and to drive business performance.

Responsibilities:

Prepare/Analyze Invoicing/Billing 

• Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Analyze and reconcile billing data, identifying, and resolving any discrepancies

Billing Accuracy

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure billing data is accurate and up to date
• Manage customer billing inquires and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Work with Accounts Receivable to resolve client billing issues

Compliance and Reporting

• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain and update billing systems, procedures, and policies

Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting

• Conduct analysis, including trend analysis, variances, and profitability analysis
• Help to develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ year of analysis, forecasting, and budgeting experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft BI and AX is a plus
