Sr. Director of Strategy Excellence, Supply Chain
For supply chain operations, the Sr. Director of Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, is responsible for achieving the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness in the management of resources, processes, and systems to deliver products and services to customers, clients and internal teams at the lowest possible cost while meeting their quality and delivery requirements. As the Supply Chain Excellence Leader, you'll be responsible for leading operational, digitalization and automation, Improvements to increase profit contribution and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment, strategy creation, and execution plan for transforming and improving Supply Chain Operations performance within our internal supply chain operations and with our external partners
- Partner with Advantage Business Segments GMs, VPs, Business Process Owners as well as fully engage with field teams in efforts to design, integrate and deploy innovation Operations and enabling technology adding value to drive continuous improvement in operational efficiencies and processes, and Business Performance Improvement (EBITA, Revenue, Cashflow)
- Operations project management – lead or be involved with all operational optimization activities within Advantage Supply Chain, BPO and Strategic Sourcing and Procurement
- Develop Analytics and insights that align with Monthly Performance Reporting (MPR) metrics; continually assess performance with GMs and VPs to drive achievement of optimal business and financial results
- Implementation and Opex updates – prepare report-outs for presentation during business reviews, internal quarterly business reviews, and as required
- Oversee delivery of OPEX portfolio of initiatives with accountability for delivering agreed outcomes
- Building, developing and maintaining the relationship with stakeholders (from senior management to staff on the ground); ensuring strong collaboration
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Industrial Engineering experience (or similar), including preferably *Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma certification
- Able to build effective Business Cases, Transformation Plans, Operating Model Proposals and Process Improvement Recommendations
- Lean transformation experience and understanding of lean principles with a proven track record of changing culture and getting results
- Results-driven attitude with the ability to balance big-picture thinking, understanding the key priorities for focus.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities from diverse levels of managemeny
- Able to travel nationally up to 50%
