The WP Director Sales – Corporate Accounts is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the assigned segment through developing and executing sales and business development initiatives, market and pricing strategy and client/customer development to achieve sales and revenue goals.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and achieve sales goals and objectives for strategic corporate accounts
  • Foster and maintain strong customer and client relationships with senior management, buyers and other key personnel
  • Communication with key clients developing strategy and execution to deliver strong results
  • Partner with Client Managers to develop and implement segment’s growth plan
  • Optimize segment’s sales processes, training, and programs to achieve performance goals
  • Evaluate segment’s workflows to streamline and improve the sales process and maximize profitability
  • Recommend improvements and process changes to senior leadership to better position segment to achieve sales goals and objectives

Qualifications:

  • Strong client/customer relationship knowledge
  • Experience and Knowledge of food service industry
  • Practices: Supervisory, Performance management, Training & development and interviewing & hiring
  • Advanced Microsoft Office; working knowledge of SharePoint  
  • Ability to develop a sales action plan with specific objectives that drive results in given timeline
  • Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Travel as appropriate

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000
